Our History
QFX® was founded in 2009 by a group of audio enthusiasts who were frustrated with the limitations of existing portable speakers. At the time, most wireless speakers were either low quality with poor sound or large and cumbersome to carry around. We saw an opportunity to develop something better – speakers that combined incredible audio performance, cutting-edge technology, and supreme portability.
After months of research and development, we released our first product in 2010 – the QFX® PBX-780 party speaker. It delivered room-filling sound and deep bass from a compact, rechargeable design. The PBX-780 was a hit and demonstrated that our vision for premium portable audio was shared by consumers worldwide.
Since then, QFX® has continued to push the boundaries of what’s possible with Bluetooth speakers and home audio equipment.
