Orders, Payments, Shipping & Delivery

Placing Orders. When you place an order on our website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. All orders are subject to our acceptance, in our sole discretion. We may not be able to confirm your order until after you have submitted your complete payment information. Items in your Shopping Cart reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s page on our website.

Prices. Prices on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars. We make every effort to display accurate prices on our website and other marketing materials. If we discover an error in the price of your order after processing your payment but prior to shipment, we will promptly notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before shipping or continuing processing of the order.

Shipping & Delivery. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email notification. We will select the carrier and ship products to the address you enter when placing your order. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate to avoid any delay in shipping. We aim to ship orders within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

We will ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses but may charge additional fees where required. We currently only ship within the United States. Standard ground shipping is included in the price of your order. Expedited shipping or special delivery instructions are subject to additional fees.

Risk of Loss. Title to products and risk of loss will pass to you when the products are delivered to the address you provided. We cannot guarantee or insure delivery of your package or the condition of products upon delivery. We are not liable for any loss or damage to products after acceptance by the carrier.

Order Cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time prior to shipping for reasons such as unavailability of product or issues with your payment method. We will promptly notify you if an order is cancelled and refund your payment if you were charged.
